Without family you have nothing! This is something I was taught from a very young age. The older I get the truer I see this being. Family will always be by your side through the good, bad and ugly. No matter what happens family will always stick close together. Sometimes we can grow closer to certain family members over others due to certain circumstances. Some family members can be great role models for how we want to live or maybe how we do not want to live. Who is your role model of your family?
Meaning of family
Family can be related to each other in many ways. Family can be blood related, adoption or marriage. Whatever or however you are related family is supposed to have each other’s back no matter what! Theres time where your family may not agree with you, but they will always stand next to you to defend and protect you. Family is always there if you need help or someone to talk to. If you can’t trust your family, then who are you supposed to trust? It goes both ways too your family should be able to trust you and call you when they are in need. The strongest bond is the family around you.
The good, bad and ugly.
Family is supposed to stick together through the good, the bad, and the ugly. Meaning that no matter what life throws at us or our family members we will stick together and support each other. We will laugh, cry, celebrate and suffer together. Sometimes when we become closer with a certain family member our feelings and emotions become strongly attached to them. With these stronger feelings and emotions, we feel more pain, suffering, laughter, and happier. We tend to have a stronger bond with them which is why we feel the same they feel.
The role model in your life.
We can have many role models throughout our lifetime. Family tends to have the biggest influence on us and become our biggest role models. Our role models can be good for us. They help push us to be a better person and to better our lifestyle. Some role models can have negative influences on us. They pretend to be something they are not. They look to put a fake front on and then use you to better their appearance. These people we must be careful around. To identify bad role models, we must listen to our elders, friends, and close family members for they will help use identify them.
My role models.
There are many people who play a major role in my life. My grandparents, parents, and siblings play the biggest role model in my life. They really helped shape who I am today. I have learned to be crafty, handy, money smart, and organized. I have learned many skills from all of them and they have taught me many life lessons. Without them I know I wouldn’t be where I am today. I learned that any goal can be achievable; I have failed many times but keep getting back up and tried it again. The biggest life lesson I learned is never give up on yourself and anything is possible.
