Cartoons have been around since the 1800s, in fact the first cartoon animation was in 1908 according to History of animation. Cartoons have come a long way over the years. Many people’s favorite cartoon characters are cartoons from their childhood. From Blues Clues to Aqua Teen Hunger Force, cartoons can be for all ages. Cartoons can be useful for children, by helping them learn. Not all cartoons are for children, adult cartoons will reference adult humor and content. Do you still watch cartoons?
We change as we get older.
As we get older the cartoons we like will change. It’s like a young child reading easy books to learn letters and words. As the child becomes an adult, they will tend to read chapter books. Cartoons are like the same thing as books. As we get older, we will like cartoons with more adult humor. Do you still like some of the cartoons you used to watch when you were younger?

As we get older there will be some cartoons that will remain classics and we will still watch them no matter how old we get. Some family favorites will always be The Simpsons, King of The Hill, etc. As like anything some people will prefer some cartoons over others. What cartoon was your favorite?
My favorite cartoons.
As I do not watch as many cartoons as I used to, I still do have many favorites. I do enjoy South Park, King of The Hill, and The Simpson. I remember when I was young, I used to enjoy watching The Simpsons, Cat Dog, and Rug Rats. There were many other cartoons I would watch but they never compared to these three. Today I do not think I could watch Rug Rats today.
