As we head into a new year 2024 it’s time to think of new challenges we need to conquer. The challenges can be from something small to something big. We should also reflect on some of the challenges we were faced with and overcame in 2023. Not all challenges were planned or expected. Sometimes they can spring on us out of nowhere. These challenges we faced are what defines us and the year 2023. Did you have a lot of challenges in 2023?
Reviewing the year.
We should look back within the year 2023 and be proud of all the challenges that were served to us, and the challenges we overcame and conquered. Sometimes we will feel like we failed when we are going through the tough challenges that are thrown at us, and maybe we did fail them. We grow stronger and we learn from our mistakes and failures. Never get discouraged if you feel like a past year, was a total failure. Honestly it wasn’t! We will at minimum come out stronger and we will learn something from it even if you do not think you did. Have you failed a challenge that was thrown at you?
Planning for a new year!
As we head into a new year, we should start thinking of some of the challenges we will be faced with. They can be anything like saving money for a car or vacation. Taking time off work to spend more time with family. Some challenges will come by and surprise us like roof leak or your kid needing money for a school trip. Whatever the challenges will be we should always work hard and overcome them. Do not let these challenges win! Fight back and conquer them. I know sometimes it can be easier said than done but at the end of the year you will be proud of yourself, and you may even laugh at some of the challenges you were faced with. So, stay positive and know this is just the world or God challenging me. Do you have any new challenges planned for 2024?
Look back at my 2023 and future 2024 challenges.
2023 I have had many challenges. I lost some important people to me. I ordered my new truck which took 6 months to build. Then when it was on the train it got lost in transit. My old truck died 2 weeks before my new truck arrived. I had to cancel some vacation plans due to my new truck not being delivered to the dealership.
2024 will be full of new challenges. I am hoping to buy a fifth wheel camper and go on more vacation trips. I am hoping to go visit my parents in their cottage this year. I want to put new flooring in my house. Hoping to adopt my stepdaughter, but with that I am faced with another challenge of not wanting the biological dad to know where we live (long story short he has a bad rep with drugs and my stepdaughter was put into foster care. The courts told my wife that he is not on the birth certificate, he has no rights to take her). That’s what I have planned so far. Some of my challenges are big while others are smaller. Either way I am always excited to see what the new year will bring.
What was the biggest challenge you faced in 2023?
