What’s the most fun way to exercise?

There are many ways we can exercise throughout the day. Any type of exercise is better than no exercise. Never be discouraged because someone says you should exercise a certain amount of time or a certain way. When we exercise, we must do what is right for us. Our exercise must fit in with what we are comfortable with doing, and within the amount of time we have available. Most people will always have an excuse for not exercising. Do you exercise every day?

The false information of exercising.

Most people have the wrong impression of exercising. They think exercising takes months, and years to lose weight, build muscle tone, and be healthy. Some people think that exercises are for women and men lift weights which is not true. These people usually think aerobics and exercising are the same thing. Many people think that there is no point in exercising if I am not eating a high protein diet, healthy foods and healthy protein drinks. We all want to take that magic pill that will make us lose weight while doing nothing. What would be the reason you would exercise?

Ways to easily exercise.

There are many ways we can exercise daily without making it seem like work. Walking is one of the easiest ways to exercise and is usually effortless for most people. We can do they typical walk around the block or on a treadmill which are both healthy ways to exercise and get our steps in. There’s an easier way yet! Next time you go to the store, or any other place where you must park your vehicle. Instead of parking your vehicle as close as you can, park it a little further. Three benefits about parking further away, one you do not need to fight or keep going around the parking lot for a closer spot. Two your vehicle is less likely going to get hit or scratched being farther away from other vehicles. Three it’s a great way to add more steps into your walking, the further you park away the more steps (and exercising) you are getting. Another easy way to exercise is to take the family for a bike ride. Make it exciting by telling them we will bike ride up to the ice cream parlor. What is your favorite type of exercise, walking or riding a bike?

My exercising ways.

I exercise a lot more than the average person. I always park further away in parking lots so I can get some extra steps in. I enjoy walking. Whenever I get the chance, I like to walk around the neighborhood or around the park. I personally need to get back into riding bikes. Riding bikes is a great way to travel further and faster while still being able to exercise. In EMS I can get lots of exercising in between lifting, moving patients and walking through different hospitals and homes. I get my steps in by walking, going up and down people’s stairs at their homes. Does your job require you to get your steps in or is it physical labor?
